This transformative journey is divided into three sections designed around the coaching process. Each section is made up of lessons and topics, supported by videos and worksheets designed to provide you with the tools, insights, and support needed to make a well-informed decision about your relationship.
The course is intended to be completed over a 12-week period. The exercises will take time and require some deep thinking, so it is recommended that you allocate a couple of hours a week to do this and find a quiet space. But, obviously, the more you put in the more you will get out.
